We have been using Smart Rent a car( Sikon) for over 10years. We have used other rental car companies in Bulgaria on the rare occasion when they have not been able to deliver the vehicle we required ie. 4x4 or mini bus. When we have used these companies either there is no representative to meet you and you have to get transport from terminal 1 to terminal 2 with your luggage, and visa versa when you return the car, or you have to walk to a car park at the other end of the airport to collect your car and when you return the car you then drive the car into the car park, walk back to the desk in the airport, and then return to your hire car for it to be examined for damage and if not damaged wait at least 4days for your deposit to be returned, and this isn’t easy with 2 replacement knees. With Smart (Sikon) you have none of this, there is always a company representative to meet you, you fill in the paperwork, the representative takes you to the car, gives you the money to exit the car park, the tank is always full, and on your return the representative meets you at the arranged time and collects the car, a simple and plain procedure. In our opinion Smart (Sikon) are a well run and organised company their prices are competitive and they give you that personal touch and we use them every time we visit Bulgaria if possible, a pleasure to do business with....
